Honestly , I was amazed, and possibly lucky. Had an issue with a check engine light, and was hoping for an oxygen sensor issue. Plain talk about possibilities, and they got me in the next day. Unfortunately it was the catalytic converter, but they were able to find one, replace mine THE SAME DAY for an incredible price. Tullia (an amazing representative for the company, was probably as amazed as I was. Catalytic converters ain't cheap, but they kept me posted and got the job done. Great warranty, too. Big points just for being pleasant to deal with, and having a very welcoming atmosphere.
