Every time I take my vehicles to Fine Tuned Auto, I am thoroughly impressed. It starts with the ease of booking an appointment, followed by immediate confirmation via text and email. Whether you're dropping your vehicle off for routine maintenance or need help in diagnosing unknow malfunctions, they are take their time and are extremely detailed. Upon completion of work or initial diagnosis they send you a text with a link to your inspection report and estimate of work followed by an email with a link to the inspection report. The level of detail that they provide along with photos, assures me the client, a level of expertise with the mechanics at Fine Tuned Auto, along with professionalism and honesty. Often, vehicle maintenance, standard or unexpected is often costly. It's a great feeling knowing when you take your vehicle to Fine Tuned Auto their prices are very fair for a top level mechanic shop and you wont be taken advantage of.
