I went in for a pre-purchase inspection on a used car; James and Brett did the inspection, but I believe the gentleman I spoke to primarily was Randy. The inspection took much less time than I anticipated, meaning I was late to pick the car up. In light of that, I wholly expected the car to be parked, and I would have only pictures to go with my report. To my surprise, the car was still elevated, and Randy took me to see everything they found without a word of complaint. Both the written report (which included pictures and video) and his verbal explanations were concise. He did a wonderful job explaining in layman's terms what state the car was in, why and how much I should be concerned, and how I would need to address those things if I bought it. He also told me how much he would pay for the vehicle in my place. Then he charged me half of what I anticipated I would be paying. I don't have much experience with mechanics, but my experience here was some of the best service I have ever received from anyone in any industry.
