Honestly , I was amazed, and possibly lucky. Had an issue with a check engine light, and was hoping for an oxygen sensor issue. Plain talk about possibilities, and they got me in the next day. Unfortunately it was the catalytic converter- but... they were able to find one, replace mine THE SAME DAY for an incredible price. Tullia (an amazing representative for the company, was probably as amazed as I was. Catalytic converters ain't cheap, but they kept me posted and got the job done. Great warranty , too. Big points just for being pleasnat to deal with, and having a very welcoming atmosphere.
