Loaner Program

As a courtesy-and for the convenience of our customers in Aurora, Broomfield, Erie, and Longmont-Fine Tuned Auto offers free loaner vehicles when repairs or service will take more than two hours to complete.

Loaner vehicles are available to customers who have scheduled their repair or service in advance at any of our Fine Tuned Auto locations.

Drivers must be at least 21 years old to operate one of our complimentary loaners, in accordance with insurance requirements.

Before taking possession of a loaner, customers are required to provide a valid driver's license, credit or debit card, and proof of insurance.

All drivers must agree to the Fine Tuned Auto Loaner Agreement, which includes responsibility for any charges incurred during the loaner period—including tolls, traffic violations, penalties, or any damage to the vehicle, including tire and wheel damage.

Once a customer has been notified that their vehicle repair is complete, they have up to 24 hours to return the loaner. A daily usage fee of $90 per day will be charged to the card on file for loaners not returned within this time.

Any damage to the loaner while in the customer's possession is the customer's responsibility. In the event of an accident or damage, please contact your insurance provider, as they are considered the primary carrier.

A fuel charge of $5 per gallon will apply if the vehicle is not returned with the same fuel level it was issued with.

Loaner vehicles come with a daily mileage limit of 125 miles. Any additional miles will incur a charge of $0.55 per mile.

For the health and comfort of all customers, smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in all Fine Tuned Auto loaner vehicles. A cleaning fee of $299.95 will be charged if smoking or pet transport is detected.
